This year we leaned into “Give to Gain” — the idea that when we share time, talent, and connections on purpose, the return multiplies for everyone. This isn’t networking for business cards. It’s showing up ready to offer something real and leave with something real.

The room full was full of changemakers, leaders, builders, and community champions. Everyday women doing extraordinary work shared their stories, new connections were made, fresh leads were formed, and tangible next steps were built.

Give to Gain Exchanges (new for 2026)

We built in light, structured moments that made it easier to connect and support each other. There were opportunities to:

Give: a warm intro, a lead, a recommendation, a resource, an idea

Gain: a new connection, an opportunity, a collaborator, or the next right step

More time to connect (extended welcome reception)

We extended the welcome reception to allow more time to meet new people, catch up with old friends, and share how we can support one another — with food and drinks to kick off the evening.
